Howard A. Rusk Rehabilitation Center's Day Hospital Program is for those patients who no longer need the 24-hour registered nurse and physician oversight provided on an inpatient basis, but still have a need for intensive, multi-service therapy. Patient's admitted to Rusk's Day Hospital Program are evaluated to determine an individualized plan of care including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy that will provide them with maximum functional recovery and independence. Our Day Hospital Program is available to patients in a wide variety of diagnostic categories including:
