Who do I contact if I have a question or concern?

Patient's clinical improvement and satisfaction are our priority here at Rusk - our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you have questions or concerns about your care or treatment you may ask any staff member or your attending physician and they will work to answer your question or resolve your concern. If you feel more comfortable speaking with someone else, please ask to speak with a nursing supervisor (available 24 hours per day) or speak with your assigned case manager during business hours. If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact any one of the following individuals:

What can I do if I have a grievance to report?

Patients and families are encouraged to report any problems or concerns they may have as soon as possible during their stay. If a patient or family memeber needs to file a grievance, they should contact Robin Prater, Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at ext. 4622 or (573)817-4622. You may also report problems, concerns, or grievances to our regulatory and accreditation organizations listed below:
