Who do I contact if I have a question or concern? Patient's clinical improvement and satisfaction are our priority here at Rusk - our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you have questions or concerns about your care or treatment you may ask any staff member or your attending physician and they will work to answer your question or resolve your concern. If you feel more comfortable speaking with someone else, please ask to speak with a nursing supervisor (available 24 hours per day) or speak with your assigned case manager during business hours.
