Bruce Eady

Bruce Eady, RN, MSN

CEO

Bruce joined Rusk in January of 2011. He brings with him more than 28 years of healthcare experience, 20 in senior hospital leadership positions. Bruce is a registered nurse with a variety of clinical and administrative experiences. He holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a dual master’s degree in nursing and business from The University of Texas at Arlington. Already well known and respected in the community for exceptional patient outcomes, Bruce believes that Rusk is positioned well to become the premiere rehabilitation hospital in the Midwest, and is working with the medical and hospital staff to make that a reality.

Greg Worsowicz

Gregory Worsowicz, M.D., MBA

Medical Director

Dr. Worsowicz became the Chairman of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri, and Medical Director of Rusk Rehabilitation Center in 2002. He oversees the clinical, educational, and research programs offered at the Rusk Rehabilitation Center. His clinical and research interests include developing post-acute rehabilitation programs, health care policy, and geriatric rehabilitation. He feels that the healthcare team at Rusk is prepared to face the future challenges of our healthcare system.

Rebecca Dykhouse

Rebecca Dykhouse, MSW

Director of Quality Assurance

Rebecca joined Rusk Rehabilitation Center in 2010 as a clinical social worker and the Day Hospital Program coordinator. Realizing her extensive background and management skills, she was recently promoted to director of Quality Assurance. Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from William Woods University and has a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri Columbia. She brings ten years of experience from a variety of clinical settings and services and is eager to begin new challenges in an administrative capacity. “I am honored to serve as the quality director for Rusk Rehabilitation Center. Rusk continually strives to provide comprehensive care with very good clinical outcomes and personal treatment for every one of our patients. We treat each patient as an individual and give them the upmost dignity and professionalism.”

Karl Hardman

Karl Hardman, RN, BSN

Director of Marketing

Karl joined Rusk as a rehabilitation liaison in 1998 and has been the director of marketing operations since May of 2007. He graduated from Moberly Area Community College in 1987 with an associate of science in Nursing and Central Methodist University in 1991 with a bachelors of science in Nursing. He brings 24 years of experience in nursing, education and administration to the team. “Every day presents a new challenge. To see the strength and spirit of our patients is the most rewarding experience anyone can imagine,” says Karl.

Robin Prater

Robin Prater

Director of Human Resources and Risk Management

Robin joined Rusk Rehabilitation Center in 1997, when Rusk became a Joint Venture of HealthSouth and the University of Missouri. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Columbia College and has worked in the Columbia healthcare community for more than 25 years.

Mary Schnell

Mary Schnell, MSN, RN

Chief Nursing Officer

Mary joined Rusk Rehabilitation Center in December 2011.  She has a masters degree in Health Care Leadership from the University Of Missouri Sinclair School Of Nursing.  Mary’s clinical background includes specialty areas of trauma, medical- surgical nursing, behavioral health, and leadership skills.  Her experience with CMS and Joint Commission surveys will provide an in-house resource for staff and peers. She is excited to bring her experience and knowledge of evidence based practice to the Rusk patient population and staff.

Amy Terezopolus

Amy Terzopoulos, LPN, MSW, LCSW

Director of Case Management

Amy joined Rusk in 2011 as director of case management. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stephens College and her master’s in Social Work from the University of Missouri Columbia. She comes to Rusk with six years of acute care case management experience. Amy’s enthusiasm for her role at Rusk comes from working with a team of experts who are dedicated to making miracles happen. 

Amy Vieth

Amy Vieth, PT, MBA

Director of Therapy Operations

Amy joined Rusk in 2010 as director of therapy operations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri Columbia, and master’s in Business Administration from Stephen's College. Amy brings 15 years of experience, a unique blend of clinical settings and physical therapy education to her position. "I'm proud to represent a team of compassionate, dedicated professionals and support staff that brings clinical excellence to our inpatient and outpatient therapy programs,” says Amy.

Ted Weatherford

Ted Weatherford

Controller and Chief Financial Officer

Ted joined Rusk in 2009 as controller and chief financial officer with over 20 years of financial and accounting management experience. He graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and master’s degree in Public Administration. In addition, he obtained his CPA certification and is currently a member of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association and Missouri Society of CPAs.
