MEDICAL INSURANCE PLAN
Rusk Rehabilitation Center sponsors a comprehensive medical plan at a reasonable cost for coverage to eligible employees. Plus, employees and dependants are eligible to participate on the first day of employment!

DENTAL I NSURANCE PLAN
Rusk Rehabilitation Center offers a comprehensive PPO plan. Dental coverage begins on the first day of employment for you and your dependants!

VISION PLAN
The Plan is available to all eligible employees. Eligibility begins on the first day of employment for you and your dependants!

BASIC LIFE INSURANCE PLAN
Rusk Rehabilitation Center provides Basic Term Life Insurance Benefits to full time employees. Enrollment is automatic on the first day of employment and the plan premiums are paid by Rusk Rehabilitation Center .

OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE PLANS
Additional Life Insurance is available in generous increments for employees. The additional plans include Group Universal Life Insurance, Dependant Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment.

HEALTHCARE & DEPENDANT CARE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
The Plan allows full time employees to set money aside, tax-free, to pay eligible healthcare and dependant care expenses.

401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN
The Retirement Plan is a qualified 401(k) Plan. Employees direct the investment of their contributions and the company contributions. Rusk Rehabilitation Center will contribute a 50% company match on the first 4% of pay that employees contribute to the plan.

DISABILITY INSURANCE PLANS
Rusk Rehabilitation Center offers both Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability benefit plans. The plans will provide partial income replacement for employees who are unable to work due to illness, pregnancy or injury.

SECTION 125 BENEFIT PLAN

The Plan gives employees the opportunity to pay the premiums for medical and dental insurance on a before-tax basis. By having before-tax deductions for the cost of these benefits, taxable income and the amount of Federal, State, and FICA taxes employees pay each pay check are reduced.

PAID TIME OFF
Rusk Rehabilitation Center provides eligible employees with the following time-off benefits: Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays, and Personal Holidays.
